Only the number of people declared in your reservation will be allowed to board. Please make sure that the number of passengers is correct. Under no circumstance will additional passengers be allowed to board. The federal fine is $ 2000 USD.

FOR COLLECTIVE SERVICE
The meeting point for the collective is the restaurant Welcome Bar (Platforms zone) at TERMINAL 2. You can take the free bus from the airport that goes from terminal to terminal. The bus will only wait 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time.

In case of flight delay: The transfer will wait for the group at no cost.
In case of cancellation of your flight: The transfer is considered no-show and you can reschedule a second transfer with 50% of the price. You must present evidence of the airline's flight cancellation.
In case of loss of flight: The transfer is considered no-show and a second transfer can be rescheduled with 50% of the original price.
In case of change of flight: The transfer will wait as long as a request is requested with the airline about the delay.
Airport Collective
The collective waits 15 minutes after the scheduled departure. If you arrive late it is considered as no-show and there is no refund.
In case of cancellation of your flight: The transfer is considered no-show and there is no refund.
In case of loss of flight: The transfer is considered no-show and there is no refund.
CANCELLATION Policies:
Up to 48 hours before: a full refund.
48-24 hours before: 50% refunded
24-0 hours before: non-refundable
For COLLECTIVES
No passengers are accepted without reservation online. It will not be allowed to board the vehicle without a prior reservation. The airport collective requires a minimum of two people to leave. If you only reserve a place and there are no more passengers in the group, they will contact you directly by email to notify you of the cancellation from 6 pm to 7 pm the day before scheduled. It is possible to pay as 2 people to be able to perform the service, if at the last hour one more person will leave, 50% of the amount paid will be reimbursed. If we do not have an answer, the service is automatically canceled.
